Òscar Jordà is a senior policy advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and Professor of Economics at the University of California, Davis. He obtained his B.S. in economics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and his Ph.D. in economics from U.C.S.D. His primary research is in time series econometrics and applied macroeconomics. He serves on the editorial boards of the International Journal of Central Banking, the Journal of International Economics, and the Journal of Applied Econometrics
