Juan F Jimeno (PhD in Economics, MIT, 1990) is Head of the Research Division of Banco de España since October 2004. Previously, he was Professor of Economics at Universidad de Alcalá (Madrid), Senior Researcher at FEDEA, and Lecturer at the London School of Economics. He is also a Research Fellow of CEPR and IZA, and Editor of the IZA Journal of Labor Policy. Currently, he is visiting DG-Research of the ECB under a Duisenberg Fellowship.
