Ivan Frankovic

Ivan Frankovic is an Economist at the European Central Bank's External Developments Division, where he monitors and conducts scenario analysis on the global economy. Prior to this role, he served at the Deutsche Bundesbank, focusing on climate change risks to financial stability. He also contributed to fiscal policy analysis as a developer of the NORA model at Norway's Ministry of Finance. Ivan Frankovic earned a doctoral degree from the Economic Department of the Vienna University of Technology in 2017 and published in the field of international economics, the economics of climate change mitigation, as well as fiscal and health economics.
