Francesco Fasani (PhD University College London) is a Professor in Economics at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods of the University of Milan “Statale”, which he joined in 2021. He was previously employed as a Reader at the School of Economics and Finance, Queen Mary - University of London, (in 2013-2021) and as Researcher at the Institute for Economic Analysis (IAE-CSIC) in Barcelona and Affiliated Professor at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (in 2010-2013). He is a Research Fellow at CEPR (Centre for Economic Policy Research), CReAM (Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration) and IZA (Institute for the Study of Labor; Bonn). His main research interests are in Labour Economics, Applied Microeconometrics, the Economics of Migration and of Crime.
