
Anna Pestova is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Toulouse Business School. She obtained a PhD in Economics at CERGE-EI in January 2024. In 2022-2023, she visited the Economics Department and Julis-Rabinowitz Center for Public Policy and Finance at Princeton University. In 2021-2022, she visited the University of Zurich. In June 2022 and June 2023, she visited KU Leuven. Anna is an applied economist. Her research interests lie at the intersection of economics and finance. She aims to understand how financial shocks shape macroeconomic outcomes and how credit conditions affect household balance sheets, credit access, and inequality.
